Murrundindi
Murrindindi is a member of the Wurundjeri and a direct descendent of Be-be-jern, Nurungaeta (King) of the Wurundjeri, who signed the 1835 treaty with John Batman. He is an extraordinary skilled communicator who works with a large variety of people and community groups.

Wannik
Wannik, is the Victorian Government's Education Strategy for Koorie Students in Victoria and represents a new era of collaboration in Victoria, where the system will reposition the education of Koorie students within all of our schools through - strong leadership that creates a culture of high expectations and individualised learning for Koorie students. The overarching principle of the strategy is about delivering the best possible education to Victoria's Koorie students. Wannik, from the Gunai/Kurnai language, means Learning Together - Journey to Our Future.

The Wannik Branch provides some financial assistance for Dare to Lead activity in Victoria. The Dare to Lead state coordinators liaise closely with the Wannik Branch and Regional Koori workforce as they provide collegiate support to principals implementing Wannik strategies.
